Terrible customer service. The counter girl was extremely rude. She seemed in a rush to get us out of the store even though we had waited more than 30 minutes waiting in line outside. There are much more friendly and knowledgeable dispensaries in Durango. Don't waste your time here.

Good variety of products and friendly and helpful staff. I wish they would offer a military discount like every other dispensary in Durango. Maybe one day?! Also you cant buy a single gram so if you want to try a strain you better hope it's in a pre roll.

Terrible experience for medicine not even grown in house, no adherence to medical patients, and when asked why,nothing but attitude is recieved. Being in the field my self I find this absurd,but as you enter some of these mountain towns the customers service aspect depletes. Just one thing, to educate, I understand your plant count may have been reduced due to new laws, but all of us ,my buisness included have had to adhere to those laws. Many options remain, what about El Sueno, regardless the experience of customers must be respected to a point. For a manager to speak and be so inexperienced is quite amazing, but again the lack of education and experience in some towns such as Durango is apparent.One big reason medical remains for some of us, is so we can become practitioners of our own medicine, instead of paying the absurd tax and price you try to justify. Advice stay away from franchises like this in Colorado, or any city you visit, the Mom and Pop shops still exist, have better product(like Viola, not Seed and Smith),for a better price, and at the end of the day the family value still exists instead of being another gas station customer.

Decent enough place. No signage. Only bought a cartridge. Didn't get the prices on menu where different than charged. My fault I didn't ask why.Honestly though I would choose a different place next time. Vibe was off here.

Another day in paradise! First time visiting this dispensary. Currently adhering to CoVid restrictions through a 1 in 1 out policy. Clean shop and super nice to have a menu outside while waiting especially with the policy in place! Will be back! 🙂

Friendly faces, expert advice, and unparalleled customer care. FYI it’s a smaller dispensary so with Social Distancing requirements in Durango you’ll have to wait outside but they have a tent and chairs set up. Worth the wait!

I had an online order of an 8th of Key West Cobbler because it was high in CBD. But it was terribly disappointing, half seeds and the stats of THC and CBD on the label were reversed from what was online. It was Friday May 1st. So I called Saturday (next day) told by the guy they'd fix me up the next day. Sunday, May 3rd, my birthday, we go back, and since my ID was expired that day, my fiance had to go back in and there were 2 ladies working. They gave him 15% off another 8th, and it was over half seeds too. I'm sorry, I wanted weed not seeds and I'm totally disappointed and dissatisfied.
