The bud is fantastic. Budtenders are rude, consistently. I purposely avoid prohibition because of the attitudes of the people. I only go here for eights, otherwise I shop elsewhere. The only people are nice here are the greeters.

I shop around a lot. And prohibition has some pretty good bud with Decent prices sad about the white shelf being discontinued. Careful with your dogs the guy who works the front ran out yelling private property when I was letting my dog pee on a bush before entering store. Then was very rude when I was in store waiting on my order telling me how he wasn’t there to pick up after dogs. Bud on point. Front house needs to have better customer service I don’t want to buy anywhere else but I won’t be treated like that either./ update: thanks for reminding them of pet policy and for having good bud👍

We just left! Preston was the guy who helped us out tonight.he is so informative and friendly we are for sure making a return trip tomorrow. The deals are freaking great and Prestons customer service is a must experience for sure.

I have been coming here for years and am always happy with the service and the knowledgeable budtenders. I'm from out of town but it's the only spot I come to when I come to Durango. Ray helped me yesterday and she was SO helpful and gave me great recommendations. She was able to help me find everything I needed and was so friendly with every question I had. I'm happy to say this is always my experience and I'll continue to come back!

I tried the Granola Funk and it was smooth and hit the spot. I loved the color and taste of the flower. Jenny was an awesome help and budtender. I would recommend Granola funk as a flower to try. Great service and flower!!!!

This place is great. We were from out of town and unfamiliar with the products. The employee (he had dreads, don't remember his name) who assisted us was very patient and helpful. He made the experience great. They had a great selection of edibles, and had very fair prices. We'd definitely go back here next time we're in town.

The overall experience was a 4 overall.. this lady wearing overalls named "jimmy" was super rude. We had a super rad bud tender/bud connoisseur Nathan that made up for Jimmy's rudeness. Nathan was helping my friend and I select some flower, we chose a flower that I guess she was looking for, that her customer chose.She was super rude about it to both my self and Nathan. And said "I'm getting it all." She could've approached the situation differently. Nathan apologized multiple times. Who cares that we had to choose other flower, but she did NOT have to be rude. Never had that experience any where in any legal state at a dispensary. We would have left if we didn't wait 30 minutes in line but Nathan made the situation better. Will be going back because of him!

Prohibition Herb has a medical part to there dispencery but there no medical facility choosing to cater after rec customersThis is a rec shop all the way aroundThey make you pay rec tax if you have a medical license choosing not to carrie medicen that helps In the end we were lied to and mislead.

Today wasn't a good day for me @Prohibition😞 I am a very nice person, trying to be smiling and start conversations. I went to your shop about 2 p.m. and waited patiently for my turn. I approached the budtender on far left and asked him about the wax or shatter. I am 60 years old and have a hard time seeing your menu. And all the other budtenders have been amazing and so helpful, but not today 😞 he said the they're over by the wall, so I go take a look and asked him for prices? I heard the blonde lady next to him say the PRICES are stated there. Ok thank you... I then turned around and aked which is sativa or indica???I heard the lady say sarcastically I TOLD YOU SHE WAS GOING TO ASK THAT! The guy proceeded to tell me why but I was so hurt... I have bad eyes, my hearing is excellent. I told them, its ok, I'll go somewhere else! I always went to you guys, but Im sorry I'll go somewhere else who would appreciate my $.

Wow! Hands down the kindest buds I have come across in a long time. The staff was super friendly and not too official. But just the right touch. Love the selection, if I hadn't stopped by another place before I would have spen a gwap here. Thats slang for a lot of money. Go Pro or Go home!

Wow 35min for the bud tender to weight 2 Oz. I don’t know what the requirements to work here are but basic math should definitely be one of them. I love this place I drive 2 hr to come here I just expect to get in get out get home to enjoy myself it’s hard to be happy when you have to sit there and watch them get it done just to start over again because they don’t understand 28grams is a Oz. I really hope my next trip isn’t this bad.

Usually a great place to go but the last time I went there the prices were literally double instead of 135 for a whole oz the wanted to charge me 160 for a half so I went somewhere else they say it’s because they got guest stuff but why bother if your gonna rip the customers off I’d rather u just be out until u have your stuff but every other visit was great

I’ve been to many different dispensaries across the states, prohibition herb has to be my favorite. The combination of quality, potency, and incredibly reasonable pricing. So my second time shopping here, word of mouth was that it is affordable, great quality, great percentage of thc. Me and My friend found a hair in one of the waxes. The cashier at the counter made sure to fix the problem got another gram at equal value for free, very satisfied with the way it was fixed. I don't blame them entirely it could have been the supplier. Will definitely go back through.
