I wish I could give 10 stars.I spoke to an employee over the phone and he told me the owner, CJ would be happy to get in touch with me & give me more information on what I was asking about. Within an hour he called me and answered all of my questions.I live out of state and was able to send my dad into the shop to meet CJ, ask his own questions, and get some direction/guidance for product.I truly appreciate everyone’s help and patience with us both. It’s obvious that the owner takes pride in his business and values his customers. I’m really thankful we found you guys!!10/10 would recommend.

This short blonde kid who said his name was carson, (has small man syndrome) was extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. Maybe he should seek some therapy. never coming back.Also their glass is extremely thin low quality junk.

This glass shop has by far the best selection of glass. From silicone to local glass artists, to pendants to vape. Everything. The owner is by far the best and cares for locals and travelers. Great prices! Highly recommend swinging through if your in Durango and love glass!

When I walked in, my first thought was that the space was relatively small, but upon looking around they've made the best of it! I went in to buy my first bio piece, and the employee was super helpful! He answered all my questions, let me see how ever many pieces I wanted to see, and water tested three of them for me (including the one I bought). I felt it was fairly priced and I'm very happy with my purchase. The employee made me feel very comfortable, welcomed, and was incredibly helpful. All in all, I would highly recommend cloud 9!
